Health Requirements - All animals from within Indiana do not need to have a health certificate. Animals coming from out of state must have a completed official health certificate within 30 days of exhibition.
 
Eligibility – Even though the animals are for youth shows, we would like ILR registrations sent with entry.  All exhibitors entered in the ALSA Youth Show must be a member of ALSA or pay a Youth Non-Member fee of $25.00. Read about an ALSA membership here. Exhibitors entered in the ILR or 4-H Show do not have to have a membership.

Arrival
- Arrival time for all exhibitors starts Thursday, June 11th. Stalling - Stalls will be pre-assigned. Two animals to a stall. Exhibitors will provide their own bedding. Fans will probably be needed. No paper products are permitted to be used for bedding. Departure - Please clean stalls upon departure at the end of the show. A $10.00 fee will be charged for each stall left un-cleaned. You may have the 4-H Club clean your stalls for $10.00 each. Manure - Please deposit all straw, hay, and manure in the appropriate area. DO NOT deposit manure in trash cans!

Youth Ages for ALSA & ILR Shows: Youth Juniors - Handler age 7 through 11; Youth Intermediates - Handler age 12 through 14; Youth Seniors - Handler age 15 through 19 (all ages as of January 1st of 2021).
Youth Ages for 4-H Show:
 Junior - grades 3,4,5.  Intermediate - grades 6,7,8.  Senior - grades 9, 10, 11, 12
ALSA Youth Classes - A youth may show starting on the date of their 7th birthday.
4-H Youth Classes – A youth may show starting in 3rd grade.
Youth Exhibitors - Under 13 years of age may not show intact males over 24 mo. (This is a show Recommendation) 

Dress - Neat, appropriate attire is required. Open toed shoes, sandals, and bare feet will disqualify the exhibitor. No shorts, tank tops, bare midriffs, or tennis shoes for Showmanship classes.

Exhibitor’s Meeting & Opening Ceremony – Friday, 8:00 a.m. Show will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. Sunday

Awards - Ribbons and cash premiums will be awarded. Performance Champion awarded in each show.  Versatility Champion awarded. (must enter all youth classes to be eligible for Versatility Champion)

Deadline – June 1st. We are flexible and will gladly accept late entries, however early entries help us organize easier.

Fees - Cost for the Jamboree weekend, $60.00.  Includes one show, all fun events, workshops, dinner Friday. 
Youth may enter either the 4-H Show OR the sanctioned shows, ALSA & ILR, not both.  If you are a member, you may enter both the ALSA & ILR Show - but not the 4-H show.
Youth, who are members, may enter both the ALSA &/or ILR sanctioned show for an additional fee of $25 ea. show.
